C.B.T. (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) will give you contentment and happiness. Overcome problems by changing thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It teaches methods whereby those who experience negative thoughts, low mood, anxiety / panic etc. can change them to positive thoughts feelings and behaviours with a new way of thinking.

Humanistic /Person-centred therapy It is an approach to psychotherapy that emphasizes human uniqueness, positive qualities, and individual potential. Many approaches include person-centred therapy, gestalt therapy, transactional analysis and transpersonal psychology.

Integrative counselling (blend of both approaches) Is the integration of different schools of psychotherapy. In this form of psychotherapy there is a focus on achieving greater levels of self-acceptance and personal growth. Some therapists practice a form of “integration therapy”, which means therapists use the blend of specific types of techniques.
